Assalammu'alaikum.
It is day 14 of the cycle. 6 days after my last period. Cramping with white discharge. Head spinning, and the stubborn cough is not helping. On day 3 of cycle, my blood pressure hit its lowest at 90/60. Dr said maybe due to heavy periods. It was also when my cough starts... Yesterday see my old time family doctor, he gave me 3 tablets to take. The cough seem to be better but just as I was feeling better, I cant stop coughing, discharge a lil with every cough. SO uncomfortable.
I am hoping this cramps is ovulation cramps or the process after. Because the discharge is white and thicker, not the egg white type like what I had few days earlier. Anyhoos... If it happens, it happens.
Seriously, reading about someone trying for years and still trying, keeps me motivated. I am just beginning.. This is all just the process of a beginning. Let's embrace this.
Head is spinning, so I shall head home real soon. Throbbing at the back of my head, like someone squeezing my head from the back.
Cant think straight, so it is just a productive morning and deteriorate by the minute after.
And my sms that I send at 9.21am yesterday just reached my boss at 3.40pm today. Ridiculous, but Boss let me off early if I really cant handle it.
But as always, I find it hard to leave early. Even if my boss had gave me permission. I dunno why. Just not me, I guess. Like no matter how I say and wish for an understanding boss who lets his staff home early, I just cant do it when my boss finally let me do so. I dunno why. Weird, I know!
And guess what? Summer from "A Happy Mum" blog visited my business blog, oh well, actually I link up to her creativity button thingy. I really wasnt expected her to drop by and comment, and I was over the mountain and back feeling so estatic about it up till now. (it has been few days now). haha..
Simple things make me happy.

Just a lil over 7months into marriage....
Assalammu'alaikum fellow readers, friends and beloved family,
And yes, we are on our 7th month just 2 days ago. How time flies.... We are like how married couples are, I guess. And of course, ours special because we both are in each other's heart. *oh so mushy*
And yes, after 7 long months, still... no baby glitters yet. Alhamdulillah, we believe it is for the better. We can only ask, seek and pray for what we want, but Allah SWT definitely know more than we do on what we better deserve, He knows a better time, a better place and a better situation to give what we deserve, or to take away what we don't. We still have faith.
I can still manage a smile and reply with the solemn news of still not getting any good news. However, I get overly happy and excited when someone else gets the good news. Well, many are actually pregnant around me. Kak Neny with her 2nd baby - tentatively a boy. Kak Mima (@nuramima) owner of Her Closet is also pregnant with 2nd baby, also tentatively a boy. Rai, husband's friend's wife is also pregnant with her 2nd baby, and also tentatively a boy. And a new friend, Liyana Ruoli, with her first child still in her 1st trimester. Oh, not to forget, relatives! 2nd cousin is also pregnant with her first child - and I still have seen her since I got married! And another 2nd or maybe 3rd cousin in Bawean is also pregnant with her first.
See, so many pregnant ladies around me... One day... one day it will be my turn, just maybe not yet. InsyaAllah, if Allah SWT wills, I will be the mother of my husband's children.
I have been telling myself, so sure about not letting all these get into me. Then just suddenly, out of nowhere, it simply gets into me. How others pretty much easily get pregnant, and why not me, why not yet.. I dunno where we went wrong. I read a lot, tried all sorts, and just keep getting the red flag up.
It sucks especially when I was late and having all the symptoms, only to be greeted with the red flag the next day or later that week. It truly is! I play pretend like it didnt affect me, like it didnt matter to me. I pretend that I am not ready yet. Just so I feel better about not being pregnant yet. Just so I dun send the negative vibes to my husband.
It has been 7 months... where have I gone wrong? What am I not doing right? Should I visit a specialist to get help? I dunno. I am scared. What if it really is me who is the problem? What if it is my husband? What if we are both normal and we are just not blessed enough yet? Too many questions, too little answers. I get all sorts of reactions when I try to address my issues. Some said, "oh you are still young, plenty of time... relax...". Time. How much time do I have, really? I am a woman. I have a ticking biological clock. I cant simply lay back and wait till I am 35.
I just have to prepare a good short answer to the potential questions this Eid. Oh wells, people wont stop poking their noses in our affairs, right? Shoot me... I am not dead yet. Try again.
Yours truly,
Dead tired and not yet pregnant!

Hamster, and everything else about 2-Tee
Assalammua'laikum my family and friends,
I hope this finds you in great health and may it be a bright good mood for all of you.
This entry, is basically to just share what I had learned about hamsters, and what I did before getting my pet, 2-Tee.
We (Husband and I), have been researching, window shopping at Pet stores for many months before deciding to get one. We searched the net for valuable knowledge that will help out pet live happily and healthy.
Initially we thought about the Habitrail, and then research again. We found out most (if not all) Habitral cages are too small even for a dwarf hamster. So we began to look at a cage that is at least 50x25cm base. Then we went on to the next item, bedding! We researched a lot, the forumers recommended KayTee Clean & Cozy, but said Recycled Paper bedding is also ok. However, they warned us not to get anything with scent for that will cause respiratory problems for the hamster. Then the sand bath, the highly recommend Supreme Science brand was our choice.
And next would be the breed. We dun want the Syrian as it will be too big, and we may need a lot of upgrade to give it more space as required. We decided on a dwarf hamster, now... Which one? There are Roborovski, Normal Winter White, Sapphire and Pearl White. Another research begins.
We discovered Roborovski is very active and fast, which means it may not like us to hold him and if we do, it would probably run and it would be very hard to catch it. The other three have about the same character, and are most suitable. So we are down to their fur colour.
I fell in love with Normal Winter White, and so did my husband. Now, time to look for peeps who have them up for adoption. Search, and found! We bought all our stuff, and brought home 2-Tee when she was about a month old. We bonded well with her. We began to shower her with lots of love. We figured out what to feed her, how to reward her and everything was around her at one point of time.
We discovered they need to eat their greens. Which greens? Dark leaves - like spinach, broccoli, Chinese mustard green, etc. Tofu and wheatgerm is also good for them. And occasionally, I will give small bits of chicken for her protein needs.
She was pretty much toilet trained right on her 1st day. We change her bedding at least once in 10days max. I would change is every 8 or 9 days depending. We put her in her ball once a week at least for 10-15 mins max. We changed her water every 2days. and give her fresh food every 2 days.
She is our precious, and I hope she will her full life span of 2-2.5yrs.
With that,
Wassalam,
Jun

Online shopping with petso2
Assalammu'alaikum dearest readers,
And yes, so I shopped online again.. This time for 2-Tee.. Her bedding ran out, and I was lazy to get out and buy it. I scanned through to look at online shops for pets. I wanted to try the highly recommended Kaytee Clean &Cozy bedding. And somehow petso2 appeal to me more than moomoopets, and it is really because of the min purchase to enjoy a free delivery.
I have no regrets on my choice, however, I have zero experience with moomoopets to even compare, so I shall just stick to reviewing the service rendered to me by petso2 and not compare at all.
It states pretty clearly that they are out of manpower and could only deliver on weekends, and you need to purchase a min of S$40 for a free delivery, otherwise, you just need to add an additional S$3 for a delivery service.
And so I got carried away and start clicking away. Here is what I ordered from petso2:-
1) 27.9L Kay Tee Clean & Cozy Bedding
2) Supreme Harry Hamster (food)
3) Vitakraft Kracker Hamster Multivitamin
4) Delikate Silent Wheel 17cm
5) Wild EASY Attached Water Bottle 30ml
It came to $42.10. I placed the order on 29th June 2013. That same day I receive the prompt email to confirm my order and all. And what impressed me was that I received a text that same day to ask if I need my items urgently as they had ran out of stock for my bottle. And continued to text and ask if I'd like to switch or change to another bottle.
We continue exchanging text to come to a decision, and I decided to wait for my bottle, agreeing to them delivering only on Sat afternoon. On 3rd July I receive another text to inform me of changes their supplier made to one of my order, similarly, asked if I would like to keep the order, change or discard that item. They went the extra mile and break it down for me, the vitakraft kracker used to come in just one piece, but had now come in 2 pieces, and therefore I have to top up if I decide to keep the order. Guess what? They gave me quite a lot of discounts because they accepted it is mistake on their side. And so I decide to top up and keep my order as is, with a top up of just $2. She again mention that the bottle haven't arrive, and was hoping it would so I can have my orders delivered without any delays.
This simple gesture - of smsing me of any updates, with alternatives laid out for me and choices that I can make without causing any strain - made me love them already. I enjoy shopping with them, and I am pretty sure I will be returning for more orders when my stocks run low.
I finally did receive my order last Sat afternoon on 6th July, with a smile and handed to me in person, and showed me what I had ordered piece by piece. It was prompt and smooth service, and I am happy to be their customer.
With all these said, I am giving petso2 a massive 4.9 out of 5 for great service (4.9 because there will always be room for improvement).
And oh! They have a wide selection of pets needs in their websites, from cats to dogs, from hamsters to rabbits. Happy shopping peeps!
Yours truly,
2-Tee's co-owner.

So clumsy of me!
Assalammu'alaikum dearest readers!
How have you all been? Good, I hope. Great if it is awesome! Alhamdulillah!
I have became more and more clumsy of late. Just yesterday alone, I injure myself pretty bad twice.
Oh well, I got home after chatting with my BFF, and attended to change the water for my lil 2-Tee the hamster. I took her bottle out, and head down to the kitchen. No trouble there. Good, right? Then, I took the thermos and pour to her bottle. Guess what? It was boiling water. Great, I poured hot boiling water all over my left hand, and I reacted so slowly.
It took me 1 min to register hot water on my hands, another minute to put down the thermos, and another half minute to turn and leave my hand in the running water from the tap. I walked back to my room with burning fingers. I press some healing lotion and spread it across my fingers and bite my lips to fight the burning/throbbing sensations.
The lotion does wonders! My fingers didnt have burnmarks at all! The same lotion that makes my scar on the chin almost invisible after I got into my first major accident 6months before my wedding!
With that, thank you Mama H! If not for the lotion you bought for me, I would have came to the office with very ugly fingers!
But that is not all, later that night, as I was ready for bed, I had to answer a nature's call. So I opened my room door to get out. As I was closing it back, I elbowed my door, hard at the edge. That sensation didn't go away after I was way done with what I had to do. Ouch!
I woke up hungry first thing in the morning. The pain in the elbow and mild sensations on my fingers. Oh wells.. Good to be alive, still.. right? :)
May this lighten up your day. Have a great day ahead!
