Good Stresses

Salam everyone! I hope all is well on your side...

I am having one of those good stresses days... I can almost pull my hair just thinking of my schedule that has been pre-planned since 2011 for this big year of events... My first peak will probably hit me in June.. Which is just almost next month!

Sometimes, I can't even decide whether to be dragging the time to come or to be excited and looking forward to it- and of course, in the happy version! My heart pumps real hard at the mention of it these days. I take deep breaths to be ready for it... I smile widely with a sparkle in my eye thinking about it... Oh yes oh yes! I am truly looking forward!

Shall sleep now... And perhaps dream a happy dream~

Good night lovelies.

Wassalam,

Mid Week Update

Assalammualaikum friends & family!
Hope your day has been great so far, its mid week, just over the hump and we can just see the weekend from here. :)

Life is becoming more and more demanding now. Time is chasing me and I have to be on my heels all the time. There is always something to do these days. I only have 2 weekday evenings and probably just about a quarter-ish weekend. Of the 2 weekday evenings that I have, I would probably spend one of it with Mr Handyman, well at least once or twice in a month or so. And the quarter-ish weekend is usually for family occassions- mostly weddings. The one weekday evening that I have left now will be spent doing my laundry duties.

When Mr Handyman demands another day, I sometimes screams for my own mercy. I know I need a break, and I know I want to desperately just lie back and not to anything but rest... No matter how I try to put some things to later, I just cant afford to! It is not that I can't, but that will result to overloaded work for me sooner or later, and that had made me rather too particular about schedule. Everything has to be timely now.. I cant stand lateness, I cant stand it when someone delays something.

Oh wells, that aside. I had a fantastic weekend and had a great fun educational session today. Some simple messages made me smile, some slight improvements made me happy. :) I know, this particular paragraph is vague. It is on purpose! :) I simply love love love my life now. Everything seems to work out, and I am motivated much to strive for the excellence that I have been eyeing since forever! Wish me luck friends. I dun really need much, I just need a lil prayer wishing me well. InsyaAllah, He will guide me and lead me the way.

Wassalam,

Googling....

Salam friends,

A Pinoy friend asked me about KL this morning, and asked me to recommend a hotel or two for her short weekend getaway. Through my life, I had went to KL about 5 times, I stayed at a service apartment twice staying from Friday through to Monday, and the other three times was for a seminar, and the hotel was more or less chosen for us. This led me without much clue as to what to recommend to her, and so I go about googling for a Malaysian travel website.

I found a website featuring KL budget hotels. That seems to fit the bill! I browsed through the website for awhile before finally passing her the link as top of list. I chose this as top of the list as it has various options and it was rather easy and straight-forward walking through the website. It has various search options. You can search for the available rooms for rentals by the type, ie Bed- Dorm Room, Room –Budget Hotel, Room – Resort Hotel and such; they even had the whole house as an option! You can also choose to search by location. The room prices seemed to be of a great deal and the location was also found to be great and near amenities like LRT.

Without much delay, I start browsing and scanning through the guest reviews. It was all great- needless to say. One review caught me, the Homestay @ Plaza 393. That sounds interesting, and I have a strong feeling that I would personally try that out one day with my family. To go ahead with the booking, you have to register with your email, and create a username and password, and you can book yours right after that. Easy isn’t it? Go ahead, click the link and try it out. Let me know what you think..

I do hope this will help someone out there, and would make some use from it. :)

Salam & Regards,

The trip to JCS Digital Solutions

Salam Everyone,

I have finally registered my online business with Acra, and I was charged for late registration. Oh my.. But it was worth it. I then made a trip down to JCS Digital Solutions at AMK.

The trip was to discuss on my branding. I wanted to stitch up a ribbon with my registered business entity on it. It was nerve wrecking as it was the first time I am making an appearance as a business owner, but all that was erased when I was greeted by a humble senior sale manager, Mr Alvin Tan. He brisk me around the company brochure, and brought out the in-house ribbons, and allow me to visualize the idea. We side track a little with some wedding albums, considering my wedding is just 263 days away now. I left JCS with a wide smile, and is looking forward to an official quotation on the price per yard print.

I went about with my other business activities, and alhamdulillah, the demand was high enough to reap profits and smiles on my customers' face. It was a great wet Saturday.

I was in such a mood that I set my foot into cooking a meal on Sunday morning. After much hesitation and doubt, I finally gathered enough courage to try the recipe an old friend handed down to me. I knew it was a success when my father took another serving.

So that's my weekend. Simple, yet it gives me that much of satisfaction. And oh.. We were browsing some flats.. and oh my the price of the flat that I wanted was more than half a million! Goodness me! We were shocked, but we smiled anyway because we are certain now that our initial plan was meant to be for us.

We are moving to the same direction, me and him, hand in hand.. InsyaAllah.

With much love,
Jun Yusof
